Accessing Your Subscription
Having trouble accessing your subscription?
You must have a SanaLife account to access the Subscription Customer Portal. Click here to create a SanaLife account.
If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account when you setup your subscription, NO WORRIES! Simply setup your account by entering your name, email and selecting a password. You must use the same email address you used when making your past purchases to access your purchase history.
What can I update in my Subscription Customer Portal?
In the Subscription Customer Portal, you will be able to manage your subscription and make the following updates:
- Swap out Flavor
- Skip Next Delivery
- Add a Product
- Apply a Coupon
- Update Shipping Address
- Update Payment Method
- Pause or Cancel Subscription
Can I cancel my subscription shipment if it has already been processed?
You can make any changes to your subscription up to the day before your next shipment date. If you miss this window, email info@thesanalife.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
If your shipment has not been processed we will be more than happy to make any updates. Otherwise updates will apply to your next shipment.
