CANCELLATIONS - One-time and Subscription Orders
In efforts to ship orders as soon as possible, we ship orders within 24 hours of when orders are placed. In some cases we can accommodate order cancellations, however once an order has been processed and shipped (customer has been issued a tracking number and the shipping carrier has the package), the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. The return shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the item is received back at the Sana fulfillment center and is inspected, a refund minus the return shipping expense will be processed and the customer will be notified.
As part of our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee initiative, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unopened. To start a return, contact us at info@TheSanaLife.com, please include the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
The Customer will be responsible for the return shipping expense. The return shipping expense will be deducted from the refund amount.
DAMGES & ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail info@TheSanaLife.com with a brief description of the issue and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected back onto your payment method. Please email info@TheSanaLife.com to request a refund or check on the status of a refund.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, follow these steps.
Check your payment method again.
Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 2 PM CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the following day.
Orders placed Friday after 2PM CST - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during holidays.
In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative replacement item or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or another method of payment.
All U.S. packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. International packages are shipped DHL or USPS International. Customer is responsible for international shipping fees.
USPS orders are processed within USPS shipping days of Monday-Friday. All shipping methods are on business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information. All orders shipped via our free shipping offer will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed. USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped. Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.
Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or because of USPS are not the responsibility of Green Relief CBD LLC and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above.
APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.

All additional shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out. If you receive the message: "No shipping rates available for your area,” this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country.
