How can I access my Subscription?
There are 2 ways you can access your Subscription:
1. The Subscription Confirmation email. Check your inbox for the email you received when you signed up for your subscription. Simply click on the link in the email and you will be routed to the Subscription Customer Portal.
2. The Sana Life website Customer Portal. If you did not create an account when you setup your subscription, NO WORRIES! Once you signup, all your purchase history will be available along with the Subscription Customer Portal.

Can I update my Subscription?
Yes! You can swap out flavors as many times as you like! It's totally fine to switch it up!
You can also: Skip Next Delivery, Add a Product, Apply a Coupon, Update Shipping Address, Update Payment Method and Cancel Subscription.

What type of collagen is in Sana Collagen & Greens?
Sana Life™ Collagen and Greens contains type I, II, III, V & X collagen. Type I collagen is found in bovine, marine and chicken products and accounts for 90% of the body’s collagen stores.
